You should take protein and creatine as your key supplements or a Weight Gainer product if you want to gain maximum mass. Take a whey protein shake 2 to 3 times per day with one serving being just before your Halo immediately after training and take creatine monohydrate powder or a creatine tablet (like Creakic or Creadex). Start off taking 4 servings per day for the first 5 days and thereafter take 1 to 2 servings per day (2 on training days and 1 on non-training days). To gain mass at the fastest rate, you can either do the Nitro/Cell stack (Nitro 3 times per day and Cell-Tech twice on training days and once on non-training days - always take one serving of Nitro immediately, followed by Cell-Tech right after training) OR you can use a weight gainer like Mutant Mass (along with powdered creatine) or Mass-Tech or Muscle Fuel Anabolic (which already contain creatine). If your diet is good (high in calories and protein), go with the Nitro/Cell stack, if your diet isn't so good, go with one of the mass gainers - start off with 2 to 3 scoops twice daily and increase until you are gaining the desired amount of weight per week (1/2 to 2 kilos).
I carb loaded a few doughnuts 36 hours ago and last night I barely slept a total hours. I swear I injected 150mgs of Tren or something. I've been going almost 0 carb M-F. I suspect that the lower carb you go (M-F) and the higher glycemic index foods you carb load w/ the higher hormonal response you're goin to have. The funniest thing about all this is I have 50ml of EQ (100mg/ml) in the closer but I'm getting MORE of GH/Test response w/ the AD than steroids ever gave me. I haven't figured this whole thing out by any means but I am extremely intrigued. Will post as updates deem necessary.
Bud if you are going strictly for size then you have found the grandaddy of diets. Sounds like you have a good idea of how to do it. The carbs on the weekend really do the trick. You may have read in other threads about this diet that the effect of the carb loads on Monday and Tuesday of the following week is incredible. 2 days of a carb load should be great for your goals. At first you will probably have some strong cravings for certain carb loaded foods. Go ahead and cram these down on the weekends. You will find as time goes on the cravings aren't as intense.
