the best thing I find know is an omelette with garlic of course, mushrooms and avocado.
the oils and nutrients in avocado increase the absorption rate and efficiency of the nutrients in other foods by 200% and it contains oleic acid which is what thought is the effective ingredient in olive leaf extract and olive oil and olives of course.
